About The Coach Company
The Coach Company is EDF’s single supplier for coach and mini-bus bookings within the UK only.

Cancellation Policy
EDF may cancel requirements prior to travel with the following penalties:
- 2 weeks prior: 25% of booking value
- Less than 7 days: 50% of booking value
- Less than 48 hours:75% of booking value
- On the day: 100% of booking value
How to Book
The Coach Company is the chosen supplier for all EDF coach and mini-bus bookings within the UK.
1. Request a Quote
- Visit the booking site and submit your requirements.
- Quotes typically arrive within 24 hours via email.
2. Confirm Your Booking
You can confirm your booking in one of two ways:
- Online: Open your quote, select "Book Now," and then click "Book Now" again on the following page. This will secure the booking against the EDF account.
- Email: Send an email to sales@thecoachcompany.com stating: "Please book 033 0124 4301 on the EDF account."
IMPORTANT - Conditions of Use
Pre-Authorization: Upon receipt of a quote, the booker MUST ensure that a Line Manager with sufficient FAL (Financial Authority Limit) level pre-authorises the booking BEFORE proceeding, in-line with EDF HR's Expense Policy.
Cost Collector: The booker MUST supply a valid Cost Collector (i.e., a Cost Centre or WBS Code) to allow central finance to recharge the final invoice.
Documentation: The Approver's Email Address AND Cost Collector MUST be recorded as an External Reference on The Coach Company's quote before confirming the booking.
